Remove your frozen bananas from the freezer.

If you don't have frozen bananas, peel and slice them up, then place them in an airtight container. Freeze for a few hours. If you freeze them whole, it can be challenging to peel them once frozen, but I sometimes do this when I'm too lazy to store them properly—a problem for future me.

Add your frozen bananas to a high-powered blender and blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Use a wooden spoon to mix the banana after blending. Repeat this process until the bananas transform into a thick and creamy ice cream.

Return it to the freezer and enjoy it whenever you like. It's delicious in smoothies or simply as ice cream.
