Combine the banana, chia seeds, cacao powder, and soy milk in a blender or a tall glass suitable for a hand mixer.

Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth consistency.

Transfer the mixture to a glass or bowl and refrigerate for a minimum of 20 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid. For the best results, leave the pudding to chill overnight. If you're in a hurry, 2 hours will suffice, although the pudding may be less firm.

Remove the pudding from the fridge and top it with small banana cubes and a sprinkle of black sesame seeds. Enjoy!
