Peel the banana and break it into pieces so it will blend more easily. Add it to the mixer.

Add 3 tablespoons of beet.

Wash the mint leaves and add them to the mixer.

Add two tablespoons of flaxseed (linseed) and 2 tablespoons of hazelnuts.

Add 3 tablespoons of soy yogurt.

Add 100 milliliters of oat milk.

Mix until you achieve a smooth consistency.

Serve in a glass and enjoy with a straw.
