In a blender, or a tall glass suitable for use with a hand mixer, combine a banana, half a cup of blueberries, chia seeds, and coconut milk.

Blend the ingredients until the mixture is smooth.

Pour the blended mixture into a serving glass.

Allow the chia pudding to soak for at least 20 minutes. For a firmer pudding texture, you can refrigerate it overnight.

Garnish with banana cut into small cubes and some additional blueberries.
