Cut the zucchini into long, thin strips using a mandoline, cheese slicer, or carefully with a knife.

Grill the zucchini strips until they have golden grill marks.

Slice the ciabatta open and halve it.

Spread two large tablespoons of hummus onto each half of the ciabatta.

Layer the grilled zucchini and arugula onto the ciabatta and fold it closed.
