In a heatproof bowl, preferably glass, spread a layer of couscous. Pour an equal amount of water over it, or follow the package instructions, as preparation may vary by brand.

Dice the paprika and cucumber, and add them to the bowl with the couscous.

Finely chop the red onion and mix it into the bowl.

Rinse and drain the lima beans, then incorporate them into the mixture.

Sprinkle in freshly chopped parsley.

In a separate bowl, blend together olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create a dressing.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad ingredients and stir well until everything is evenly combined and the salad looks vibrant.
