Protein chia pudding with strawberry, banana and kiwi

Ingredients
1 banana
2 big strawberries
1 kiwi
4 big tablespoons of hemp seed
4 big tablespoons of chia seed
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons cashews
2 tablespoons coconut shavings
500 grams soy quark
Instructions

Wash, peel, and finely dice the banana, strawberries, and kiwi.

Add the fruits, soy quark, hemp seeds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, cashews, and coconut shavings to a bowl and mix together.

Divide the mixture into 2 glasses.

Top off each with an extra strawberry.

Let the pudding sit for around 15 minutes, allowing the chia seeds to absorb all the liquid.
