Wash, peel, and finely dice the banana, strawberries, and kiwi.

Add the fruits, soy quark, hemp seeds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, cashews, and coconut shavings to a bowl and mix together.

Divide the mixture into 2 glasses.

Top off each with an extra strawberry.

Let the pudding sit for around 15 minutes, allowing the chia seeds to absorb all the liquid.
